Welcome 2005

Happy New Year everyone!!

2004 was a remarkable year for me. Many things had happened, whether it’s good or bad. Nevertheless, I would just like to give thanks especially to my dad, mum, and sister, who are back in Kuala Lumpur, for being there for me all the time, supporting me in every possible way, and showering me with so much love. I love you all very much and miss you all dearly.

Living together under the same roof with Tian since last year, the ride has been like a roller-coaster, very much unpredictable and unexpected. I just hope that you’d share all those heavy burdens and troubling thoughts on your mind, rather than just keeping it to yourself. It always hurts me to see you in pain and I just felt useless, not being able to do anything. All I ever ask for, is just to be part of your life.

Not forgetting my friends, whether they’re in Malaysia or Australia, you’re all so wonderful and even though we don’t keep in touch as often as we used to, just wanna let you all know that you’re always on my mind.

Last but not least, thanks to all my online friends for supporting me when I’m down, cheering me up when I’m sad, and just being there for me. Your presence just brightens up my day.

I love you all.

Just thought of writing a list of the good and bad things that happened to me this year. It doesn’t follow any kind of order.

The Good

  1. Found a nice cozy rented house to stay in Perth together with Tian.
  2. Graduated in March 2004 with a Bachelor in Commerce, majoring in Management and Information Systems.
  3. Applied for my Permanent Residency status (still waiting though).
  4. Tian got Momo for me in late March, as my birthday present.
  5. Found a full time job after an agonizing 9 long months.
  6. Bought myself this domain, http://www.momo4ever.com.
  7. Mum and sis came to visit me in August for 1 week.
  8. Mum and sis came again to visit in for a whole month on December, while dad joined us from the 23rd December.
  9. Got myself a Honda Jazz VTi.
  10. Went down south to Albany and Busselton for a trip with my family and Tian.
  11. My company’s been very good to me, got a small bonus and pay rise this year.

The Bad

  1. Did something I truly regret and hurt an online friend, who had helped me in many ways. I’m sorry and hope that you’d forgive me.
  2. Was unemployed for a period of time.

Here’s a picture of my new Honda Jazz VTi.

That good that you had more positive events going for you rather than negative ones. Hopefully 2005 will be the same, or perhaps you’ll have no bad experiences this year!!

Great to see that your “Good” list greatly outnumbers the “Bad” list. Here’s hoping that the same thing will be in 2005 :)
