Yay!! Finally!!! First of all, thank you all for your encouragement!! You know who are you and I’m glad to have you all as friends. This morning, I received a call a few hours later after hand in an application for one the house that we’re interested in. Our application has been approved!!!! I was jumping for joy and was literally jumping up and down and skipping in the office!! My colleauge said, “Finally I get to you see you smile after some time.” I know I’ve been frowning alot the past few weeks but now you’ll see me smile everyday!!! Yay!!! I’m so happy!!
Now the only problem left is I need to find someone to take over the lease of my current property. So anyone of you out there who are interested to move to Highgate, leave me a message ok? It’s a very good location, walking distance to cafe strips and shops in Mt. Lawley!!

I know how you feel because two weeks ago I had to give up on one property that I liked 
I am still on a high spirit to find a new one similar to that one though hahaha… Again congrats, hope you’ll find tenant for your old property soon. Cheers
