Thank You Lord!!

First all of, I would like to thank the Lord for everything He has done for us. I know we’ve been through a very rough patch the last couple of weeks but I believe that everything will be fine soon. I won’t be able to update very often lately as I do not have internet connection at home at the moment, so please bear with me.

I’ve moved to my new house in Belmont so friends, please update your address book!! As for Tian’s car, the driver side window was smashed, and they stole the stereo, boost gauge and turbo timer while the dashboard was damaged in the process. Insurance company only covered the window and the dashboard when we first rang up and make the claim but now, they have decided to give us a new stereo. How good is that? Praise the Lord!! We only have to pay AU$350 for the excess fee. The window is fixed yesterday and when we went to collect the car, the gentleman told us that the window itself costs about AU$400 plus, excluding GST and installation charges. That’s what insurance is for right?

I’m pretty tired and exhausted these few days, moving and packing things from the old house to the new house. I guess now we’re at least half way done. The only thing that I really really hope and wish for at the moment is that someone out there will take over the lease. I’m praying really hard for that now as it’s gonna be really hard for us to be paying double rent if we still haven’t find anyone.

Congratulations for moving to your new house. The joy should overwhelm the little set back with Tian’s car. That is part of life, just a little loss of money and inconvenience. Enjoy the move.

Congratulations on your new home! I’ve been on holiday for the past 2 weeks, so I’ve fallen a bit behind on checking everyone’s websites! Glad you’ve got your car sorted out too; I work in insurance industry, and you’re right, that’s what insurance is for!
