Her First Coat

I’ve been knitting every single night withough fail, trying to finish Coco’s coat. I learned so much from this project. From picking stitches, whether from the side, top or bottom and also knitting bobbles buttons and using dpns for the very first time. It felt so awkward holding 4 needles and trying to knit at the same time. At one instance, I always accidentally poke my eyes with it!!

Anyway, here’s the finished product. I’m very proud of it. What do you think? :-D

Michelle you should be so proud of what you have achieved with Coco’s coat, it is gorgeous and Coco is adorable.

No more scarves for you young lady, you have advanced to garments now:grin: unless of course you want to still knit scarves. You mentioned in your post about learning new techniques which is what knitting is all about. With each new project there is more to learn, I still get excited when I learn something new after years of knitting.

Well done Michelle, on a great knit:heart:

One Trackback

  1. [...] Since Coco’s coat was a success, obviously it’s time for me to knit one for my other baby, Momo. Hopefully I will be able to finish it before the end of winter. [...]
