Sigh, I haven’t been posting much because I love to post with photos and I feel pictures speak a thousand words and my camera is pretty much dead, or shall I say inconvenient. It uses 2 double AA rechargeable batteries, which takes like approximately 24 hours to charge :stress: and then, it will not even last for 2 days!!! 
I so need a new camera but then again, I’m not willing to fork out more than AU$300 as I only need a basic digital camera to snap some photos and record short video clios. 4.0 megapixels is more than enough for me. I don’t need anything too fancy or hi-tech. If possible, pink in colour would be nice but not a must. Anyone has any good recommendations?? Please hit me with it!!!
Also, I wonder where I should buy the camera? In Australia, Malaysia or China?? Which do you think is the cheapest place I can get them???

I have a Nikon Coolpix 4200, but I got it two summers ago, so I’m not sure if it’s as “advanced” as the newer camera models they have out now. Anway, it’s my first digi-cam and I really like it (all the pictures in my blog entries are taken with that camera), plus it’s pretty easy to operate (in my opinion). I have no idea where you can get a camera the cheapest… my best bet is China?

if u wan cheap camera, places harvey norman or jb hifi sometimes have good deals.
like now during sale period u can get a decent cam for less than 300 bucks
but i reckon u might get a better deal in asia but must fly there.

in australia, harvey norman..clive antony, clive peeters..all those electrical shops. U can ask for cheaper price, usually they are willing to drop the price down by 10-20 percent..:)
i don’t trust ebay..
