Project 32: Amanda’s Melody Scarf

Pattern: Garter Stitch Scarf
Yarn: 3 balls of Moda Vera Melody Colour #10 and 2 balls of Light Blue Acrylic Yarn
Needles: 7 mm

One of my friend, Amanda asked me to knit a scarf for her. She bought some Moda Vera Melody yarns but I reckon it’s slightly too thin. Therefore, I bought another two balls of Light Blue acrylic yarn so that I can make the scarf thicker and warmer by knitting with two strands of yarn together.

So far, I’ve just finished one ball of Moda Vera Melody and this is how it looks like :-).

Knitting with two different colors is so much fun to see the end results! It gives the WOW factor and makes for a beautiful scarf.

What is the moda vera melody made of? I want to get some nice wool off eBay but I can’t work out whether it’s acrylic or wool.
