Project 38: International Scarf Exchange 3

Pattern: Hot Stripes from 200 Ripple Stitch Patterns: Exciting Patterns to Knit & Crochet for Afghans, Blankets & Throws
Yarn: 1 ball of Knittery 8 Ply DK and 1 ball of Cosy Wool 8 Ply
Needles: 4.5 mm

I recently signed up for the first time at the International Scarf Exchange. It’s pretty exciting for me as I’ve never really join a swap where I have to actually knit something for a particular someone that I do not know, as in a total stranger. Well, after reading the questionaire that was provided to me about my pal, I went away to search for that perfect yarn with her favourite colours in them.

The pattern for this scarf is from a ripple stitch pattern book. I just sort of use that stitch pattern and add 3 garter stitches at the side. Hopefully it will turn out nice and that my pal will like it!!
