We went to have a final inspection of the “soon-to-be-our-house” with our real estate agent yesterday evening. Realised that the previous tenants have already moved out and they have even steam cleaned the carpet for us. That is definitely a plus sign!! 
They left the house pretty neat and tidy at this stage but of course there’s still a little bit of cleaning up to do. Just a few minor things that weren’t good so I hope they will fix it soon by this Friday, which is the settlement date. Cross our fingers!!! :stress:
Anyway, I know that the AFL Grand Final is this Saturday but I’m going to the “our house” to do some cleaning up. Who is nice enough to come and tag along with me? Tian’s working and I’m by myself :up:.

Pave up your garden! Those weeds grow really fast. Remember to buy your house and building insurance, and make a trip to the local town council to tell them of your bins needs, I think now they have general garbage, recycling and garden waste bins. That’s 3 bins but you can ala carte any combo to save money because each is charged incrementally!
Also, becare of what you put in the bins, the bin collectors random sought through your bins and will not collect them if they spot any thing that’s not in order. Then, you’ll have 2 weeks of garbage when they come around next week. And that could be frustrating!
