We Have Already Met The Parents

As most of you all know, Tian and I has been together for more than four years already. Time really flies. I still remember the day when we first met each other :yuck:. I dislike him!!! And who would have guess that we end up being with each other!! So ironic. Well, love is always full of surprises. I shall stop with all this soapy lovey dovey stuff.

My parents have met Tian heaps of times especially when they always come over to Perth almost every year to visit me. Back in December 2003, I flew to China together with Tian to meet his parents, for the very first time. Very scary and nervous, especially when I don’t speak nor understand their language, Mandarin. However, everything went well and I think they quite like me.

Tian, His Family & I

On our way back to Perth, we had a stopover at Kuala Lumpur so that Tian get the chance to meet my side of the family as well. Apparently, he must have given everyone quite a good impression of himself or else, he would have gotten himself quite a number of objections!! :yuck:

Tian, My Sister & I

All in all, both our parents approve of our relationship. Years have passed by and we’re preparing for the next milestone. This coming December, a very interesting trip has been planned. Tian and I will first make a stop at Kuala Lumpur for a few days. Next, both of us and my Dad, my Mum and my Sister will be flying to China. Can you guess? I’m sure you’re smart enough.

It’s time to meet the Xus!!! :yuck: :yuck: :yuck: I can’t imagine what it’s going to be like. Probably will only be able to update you on this next year? Don’t ask me what this trip is all about as I myself am not too sure what the parents are going to discuss. Mind you, there’s still the language barrier!! I hope it’s not going to be a disaster!!!

[Edit]Please note that those photos above were taken during those two trips back in year 2003!![/Edit]

Of course our parents will approve your relationship! You and Tian are a perfect match  No kidding but that is what my gut feeling tells me

And let me guess… are you going to Guang Zhou, China? Just a very wild guess. :-P

Anyways, Melissa looked so different in the photo! Haha! Have a nice day and good night! ;-) (I sensed some irony in my last sentence)
