Project 46: Cloud Boleros

Pattern: Cloud Bolero
Yarn: 2 and 1/2 skeins of Moda Vera Joanne (Color Number 100) for each bolero
Needles: 8 mm

Drumroll please!! :-D Presenting you with my first FO for the year 2007!! The Cloud Boleros!! Ok. I shall stop with my silliness . I have always wanted to knit myself a bolero and when I came across this pattern, off I went to dig around my stash and I found a suitable yarn for it. Something fancy and chunky too!!

Moda Vera Joanne

As it is knitted in 8 mm needles, it was pretty quick!! However, I realised that it was a bit too big for me. Therefore, I gave it to lovely Yin since she likes the bolero too. Without wasting anytime, I went home and cast on another one for myself and finished it within a few days later.

Fantastic - 2 FOs in one go & they look really great. Since it’s such a fast knit & in the round (I love that), I have to knit one for my niece in Singapore. Can you bring along the pattern when we meet next week.
    Thanks & see you soon.
