Quarter Century Old

Can’t believe I’m a quarter century old today. Oh my God!! I’m so old liao!! Nevertheless, I know I’m always young at heart. Although some of you (you know who you are) started calling me auntie recently (excuse me??)!!! :stress:

How do I feel? Nothing much really. Have I achieved a lot?? Not too sure. Well, my greatest achievement that I’m proud of so far, there are a few.

  1. Graduate from uni (pretty normal actually…a lot of people are graduating from uni anyway, not much of a big deal nowadays I suppose)
  2. Engaged to my other half
  3. Bought our own first house

In terms of my working life, no comment there at the moment. I feel a bit unsuccessful in that part. Not gonna dwell on that right now. Anyway, since my dearest Mummy fly all the way from KL just to be with me, so that I’m not alone on my birthday, I took her to Red Cray as I know she loves seafood. :yummy:

Executive Seafood Platter

Grilled Rock Lobster

Mei Yan, nah…I share the lobster with you. Don’t say I’m not being nice hor!! Take a bite if you can!! :yuck:

Wow, you should be proud of yourself!

I don’t have my own house here in HK, and I don’t think I can ever afford one here. Sigh.

Anyways……. that seafood platter looks so so good. Can I have more than a bite?

Oh my yummy! The food served looks so delicious! Well it reminds me of the tasty seafood platter served in Manhattan Fish Market over here as well as Fish & Co. Oooh can’t stop thinking about nice food! :cute: You’re seriously making me very hungry!

    Happy birthday :-)

It’s funny you’d say “quarter of a century” because that’s just what my mom wrote in my birthday card when I turned 25 last summer ;-)
