Green Apple Razor Cami

Since it can get pretty hot here in Australia during summer (maximum temperature I’ve ever experienced is 44 degree Celcius on Boxing Day), I thought a knitted tank top would be nice. Lately, I’d very much prefer to wear knitted tops compare to normal t-shirts. I guess I will have to knit more??

Green Apple Razor Cami

My Razor Cami

Pattern: Razor Cami
Yarn: 3 and 1/4 balls of Knit Picks Shine Sport (Green Apple)
Needles: 3.75 mm

Since I have 4 skeins of the Knit Picks Shine Sport that was given to me by my SP9, the yardage was just enough for this cami. Anyway, this is the first time I’ve knitted with Knit Picks yarn and I actually quite like it. Too bad they don’t ship overseas. Oh well.

It looks GREAT!! Excellent work – the patterning of lace is so lovely down thetank :) A very nice breezy summer top, me thinks! I’ve seen on the knit picks website (I too lament their lack of overseas shipping) that they’re looking for international distributors – so maybe maaaaybee sometime in the future we’ll be able to get their yarns as well as their needles! :)

I think it would look better with a black small top underneath, but that’s just the matter of style. And I love green :) :) :)

    Love that tank.
Interesting that Sasha said that Knit Picks are looking for international distributors. My daughter wanted to be their agent here in Oz but didnt’ get anywhere with them.

That looks great on you, the colour’s really nice!! :)

I was actually just thinking about making this one again for summer.. I’ve got some 4-ply Soft that might work out nicely! At least it’s got more stretch to it than bamboo…

    Are those I-cord straps??
