Life has been pretty relentlessly mundane the past few weeks, hence nothing much to update anyone about the boring life I lead. Day in day out, the same routine over and over again, go to work, go home, cook dinner, rest, watch some tv and do some knitting, sleep, and next day, the cycle repeats itself, except for the weekends where I get to sleep in sometimes, if my doggies allow me to 
. Adult’s life can be pretty boring at times. I still remember the carefree uni days, where there isn’t much to worry or think about, except for passing every single unit with good grades. Ah…those were the days 
.
Well, somedays, it ain’t that bad. For example, I went to watch The Phantom of the Opera two weeks ago. It was the first ever stage show / opera that I’ve ever attended and I’m totally enthralled by it. For those who have never seen it, I’d recommend you to go get yourself some tickets 
and don’t miss this opportunity.
Anyway, since it’s been awhile I’ve parade any shoes, here’s a new pair of heels that my parents bought for me in Malaysia. They’re from Carlo Rino, a local brand in Malaysia. Love the colour, love the style, and I wore it for the very first time today. Pretty to look at and I even got a few compliments today. Sadly, both my pinky toes are pretty sore now and it hurts a little. Why do women go through pain just to look pretty?

I need some doggy love. It’s been so long since I’ve had a dog! I want a big one, maybe a Newfoundland dog (I think it’s called)… Or a pug.
Martin says anything smaller than a labrador isn’t a “real dog” but I beg to differ. Pugs are so adorable!
Love the shoes, btw. My favourite pair of party shoes, that I wear almost every time, hurts my feet within one hour. And I wear them for 6+ hours. If you dance enough, you stop noticing.

I’ve never heard of Newfoundland dog but pugs are super duper cute
I love heels and I actually have a few pairs that are so pretty but so hard to walk on them, I hardly wear them

I do understand how you feel about life. The only thing that I look forward to everyday is to sit down & knit. But I don’t understand why you torture yourself with those shoes as I don’t have any shoes higher than 1″ !
