Undecided

After the last FO, I’ve been itching to cast on a new project as I’m only working on the 2nd sock for my Dad right now and of course, there’s always the UFO that I can work on  but after staring at my stash, I knew I have to start something. Well, I have many ideas in my head, lots of plans actually. I have allocated patterns to most of my stash but the problem is, deciding which one to start first. I have been thinking about it since yesterday. Undecided.

I went and did some research on Ravelry today to help give me a head start and some motivation too. I also just noticed that I have about 288 projects in my queue list and you’d think I wouldn’t have any problems casting on a new project!! Still, when I got home, my head is blank. Undecided.

Nine West - Clare

Anyway, here’s a pair of my favourite heels and again, it’s from Nine West. I absolutely love their shoes (I’m pretty sure you know that by now). The only thing about this pair that upset me a little is the peep toe part. You see, my feet are pretty skinny. Therefore, they tend to slide forwards a little and my big toe does rub on the sides a bit which hurts a little after walking for quite a distance. It’s not unbearable, just a little discomfort. I know a lot of you will ask, why torture yourself?? Well, I once read somewhere that “If Shoes don’t hurt, they don’t have style” and I absolutely agree with this author!!

Deb loves Nine West too, but they cost a hell of a lot over here.

Can only buy a pair when needed, and not when wanted. :(

I think those shoes look great. Like you said, even if it’s a little uncomfortable, no problem. Small price to pay!

Nine West are pretty pricey here too. Average price per pair are around AU$ 149!! I only buy them when they’re on sale  and that’s not very often!!

But then again, if you compare to Nine West to either Prada or Salvatore Ferragamo, then Nine West are pretty cheap!!

I have skinny feet too. I have to go down a shoe size when they’re sandals or otherwise open (like peep-toes). That also means that many times my feet are rubbed wrong compared to what they would have, had they been a normal size. ;) But gotta love the shoes…! They’re fabulous.

I hardly go down a shoe size coz if I do that, my toes will definitely be stepping out or the shoes won’t fit!! :???:

Pick your top 5 projects, assign a number & then randomly pick a number – there’s your new project! Isn’t this a practical solution to your problem?

Gorgeous shoes!! Glad you have decided on a new project: I am the same, despite all my fabric and wool, whenever I want to make a new thing I want to buy something new!!

I buy some grip sliders that go in the shoe, so my feet do not slide forward – my shoes are always too big, so they are essential!

Hmm yeah that’s a pretty witty “shoe statement” indeed. So my shoes aren’t too stylish then? :P Hahaha i’m really the type of girl who goes after comfort and not fashion but I still find those heels really pretty ;)

Hehe. Sometimes I do regret buying certain pairs of shoes that are pretty buy uncomfortable because I knew I won’t be wearing them too many times

The shoes are so cute! I love the print on it. I don’t wear peep-toe either because I have long toes. =(

My toes are pretty long too. That’s why I only have two pairs of peep toes for now. Can’t wait for the cold weather now so that I can start wearing my boots!!
