I just remembered that it’s been almost one month since I last blogged!! Ooops. My apologies. My parents came over for a visit and DH was home during the end of July. That’s the reason why I hardly managed to find the time to blog at time as I’m busy spending time with my dearest family

I’m sure you would have guess by now that my parents are already back in KL and DH is back at work. Therefore, I finally have some time to online during the night and managed to post this update. I miss them already. Now I’ll have to wait unill next year before they come and visit me again. I wish the airfares are a lot cheaper and more affordable. That way, I’ll be able to see my parents more often and vice versa.
I took a day off and brought my parents around and did some usual tourist thing, although it’s not their first time in Perth anyway but just to keep them out and about. We went to Kings Park and the main highlight for the day was Swan Valley. Since we had some time to kill before having a scrumptious lunch at Sandalford, I tried to snap some happy shots with my DH.

Alas, it’s always unsuccessful. I really don’t understand why he can’t just smile properly eh? Makes me very annoyed at times. And what’s with the goatee?? He was away at work for 5 weeks and came back with a goatee? Tsk tsk tsk.

Next stop, lunch at Sandalford. It was our first time there and I love it. Food was yum although they were a little pricey. But then again, they’re famous and it’s fine dining.

Before we left the winery, I seize one last chance of having a decent photograph with DH and this time, it was a success
.

We went to a few more places after that but I don’t think I wanna bore you with too many mundane details. I did take them around to more places during their stay here. Just wish they could stay longer. Although it was short, we all had a great quality time together. Can’t wait to see them again.

looks like your parents had a great visit! I always have trouble thinking where to bring parents as they’ve been everywhere here!

I have no idea who is yoji or what is miami ink?
It is still pretty chilly over here in Perth at the moment. What’s the weather like over at your place?
