A colleague of mine recently celebrated her 30th birthday. Of course, what other better gifts than to give her a hand knitted shawl!! Although it’s going to be a belated birthday present, I’m sure she won’t mind that
.
Pattern: Springtime Bandit by Kate Gagnon Osborn
Yarn: 1 skein of Handmaiden Fine Yarn Casbah Sock in Ocean
Needles: 4.5 mm and 5.5 mm
I suddenly find it so funny that I knitted the “Springtime Bandit” during the spring season!!
Ok, that’s not really that funny right?

It’s very amusing!! I think you should search out patterns for every season and knit them in the season, or even a pattern named for each month!!!
Your friend is extremely lucky to receive such a beautiful gift. I love the lace pattern!
