Anyway, I used the following ingredients, soaked some dried prawns and minced it, diced some chinese mushrooms, some chopped garlic and obviously minced pork. first, stir fry the garlic and the dried prawns until fragrant, then i added the minced pork and stir fry it. add some white pepper, oyster sauce, light soya sauce and kecap manis. fry until it&#039;s fully cooked :)

as for the yee mee, just soaked it in boiling hot water for awhile. drained it. served the yee mee with the minced pork, add a bit of sesame oil and some vege like bok choy if u want :)
