First FO for November and it’s for myself
I have had this 4 skeins of Katia Bamboo yarn from a few years back during Secret Pal but never really knew what should I made out of it. Since summer is coming soon, I thought of knitting a summer top and found this top down pattern. However, I knew 4 skeins will not be enough so I had to make a few modifications. I’m just glad it turn out ok
. I really like this Katia Bamboo yarn as it’s really nice to knit with and feels silky next to the skin too.

Pattern: Leaf T-shirt by Melissa LaBarre
Yarn: 4 skeins of Katia Bamboo and a little bit of Bendigo Woollen Mills Cotton 8 Ply in Parchment
Needles: 4 mm
Lastly, I just realised it has been awhile since I post any photos of my furry babies. Here is a good shot of me and Momo although Coco looks a little funny (thinks she’s shaking her head?
).

Here is a much better shot of Coco. Don’t you think she loves me too?

Gorgeous top & looks so good on you. I want one too!
Your top is gorgeous and your modifications look as if they are part of the pattern.
Oh look at those lovely pups, Momo is so big now, and Coco definitely loves you!!!
You are so gorgeous, all three!
Slim jim in your lovely pink leaf t-shirt – he white rim looks fantastic – a great way to finish off a great knit!
Such perdy doggalogs! Perhaps Coco was shaking her fur to prepare for her glamour shot with you!
Hi Ann,
This top is so easy to knit, you should definitely make one for yourself!!!
Hi Cindy,
I’m just glad the modifications looked ok!! Otherwise my efforts will be wasted and I’ll cry!! Haha.
Momo is such a sooky lala sometimes even though he’s a big boy now
Coco is always very sweet
Hi Sasha,
