Ooops. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I last post anything on my blog. I’m such a slacked!! However, that doesn’t mean I haven’t been knitting. I’m just lazy taking pictures and blogging about it. Hahahaha.

Anyway, here’s the 1st FO. I bought the yarns from Knitting Inspirations sometime last year and finally it has been knitted up into a Beret. Just in time for winter!! I actually knitted this beret when I just came back from my KL trip. My hands were so itching to knit!! This only took me two days and I was just so happy to get back into my knitting mojo!! By the way, I modified the pattern so that I can knit it in the round because I hate seaming!!

Yarn: 1.5 balls Jo Sharp Silkroad Aran Tweed
Needles: 4.5 mm and 5 mm

The 2nd FO is actually my first pair of knitted mittens/gloves that I knitted sometime last year!!! Hahahahaha. Totally forgot to blog about but better late than never I say!! Anyway, I used some leftover yarns and knitted the hand/wrist warmers from the “Last-Minute Knitted Gifts” book. This was a really easy knit. I needed a pair of these fingerless gloves because the air-con in my office is freezing cold!! Now I can keep my hands and fingers toasty warm

Last FO for the day is Wisp. I used thicker yarn and bigger needles as I want this to be a wrap/stole instead. This is a wedding gift for my colleague who will be getting married this April 5th. Purple is her favourite colour and I hope that she will like this present. It is a very simple mindless knitting. I ignore the eyelets as I didn’t need the buttons. Halfway through, I was getting a bit sick of the pattern. Hahahaha. I’m glad it’s finish now!!!

Well well well…3 FOs in a post. I guess I’m not really a slacker after all?? By the way, in the last photo, can you see that big fat butt???

This photo was taken a few years back, when coco was still a little puppy and we will still renting a place in Highgate. She was soooo tiny back then!! Now she’s a fat little girl!! :dead: Anyway, when we were renting, we have quarterly house inspections and I absolutely hate that. You can’t really see me in this photo but I was actually scrubbing and cleaning the toilet. I think my furry babies wanted to help :yuck: This photo never fails to bring a smile to my face. Aren’t their furry bums cute?? :up:

Tian’s been back in Perth for more than a week already. We have been spending a lot of quality and “us” time being together, and of course with our furry babies as well. Hence my quietness as I hardly go online during the night time. Also, work has been pretty hectic the past few days with some Project Managers away on annual leave, some on sick leave, some on business trips. I was basically the only one left in my department and I was holding the fort!! :dead: :dead: :dead:

Very very stressful when things seems to go wrong when I’m all by myself!! Somebody misses his flights and I have to find other alternatives so that he still arrive at a certain place at a certain time, get woken up by his phonecall at around 4 o’clock in the morning, some client needed someone to work for them at a very short notice and I have to source that someone out, including flights and accommodation!!! :dead: :dead: :dead: I seriously think I should get half of my Project Managers’ salary!!! Don’t you think so?? Especially when I’m doing their job!!

Anyway, we’ve bought our air tickets to go back to KL to visit my family this end of August so that’s something I’m quite looking forward for the time being. We’ll be taking our pre-wedding photos and I really do hope that it’ll turn out great!! :up:

Lastly, I hardly took any photos lately so I’ll just share this photo of my furry babies, taken with my Nokia phone. Aren’t they cute together? :heart:

I still remember clearly the two separate occasions where Tian and I stepped into the pet shops. The moment we lay our eyes of them, we just knew we were destined to meet them. As if faith has brought us all together. The moment both of you enter our lives, we were never bored nor seem to be lonely anymore. Although I do admit that the first few weeks, or should I said months were really hard, it definitely cannot compare to the joy you have brought into our lives. We’ve been through lots of ups and downs and I’m just glad that you’re always there for us no matter what.

It seems just like yesterday when you were so little and fragile. How I miss those moments. Sometimes I wish you would stay like that, small and cuddly.

Happy belated birthday my furry little babies :). Mummy and Daddy loves you two alot!! :heart: :heart: :heart:

There are times when I’m upset, mad, moody or just simply frustrated. All those negative emotions that brings one down. Today is just one of them. I feel I’m not being treated fairly. Just because I’m nice, doesn’t mean that I can be bullied or taken advantage of. Where is the fairness? I know life is not a bed of roses but this is just ridiculous!! I’m angry and I’m unhappy!!! :yell: :yell: :yell:

When it comes to times like this, all I do is knit to calm myself down and to relax. Also, when I look upon her face, all my troubles just seem to fade away. I can’t help but smile or laugh at here :-). She is my little girl and I simply adores her and love her. :heart:

Thanks for listening to me ranting today. I can’t go into details as of yet :secret:. Will probably wait for another day until I know what the outcome is after what I’ve decided to do. :stress:
