Purple is definitely in season this winter. It is also DH’s favourite colour too!! I realised that I’ve started buying heaps of purple lately. I wonder why?
Anyway, I bought another pair of heels quite a few months back actually but never got around to give a show and tell. Did I mentioned that it has a matching clutch too? Hehehe. Well, remember my Kimbell, the oxford style ankle boots that DH got for my birthday? Well, I had to go and picked it up from the shop a few days later as they ran out of my size and can only be paid upon collection. So DH told me to pay for it using the supplementary credit card that he has given me. When I got to that shop, I saw that the clutch was on sale with 30% discount
.

Erm, yeah, I bought it as well since it’ll match the shoes I bought a few months ago and of course I used the credit card to pay for it too!! Hehehe. I did told DH about the extra purchase and he just gave me this look:
. He’s such a sweetheart.
Anyway, I went to a wedding last Saturday and it was beautiful. I’ll talk about it more in my next post. Here’s what I wore for the reception that night

Dress: Tokito
Shoes & Clutch: Nine West

It’s that time of the year again where I’m a year older and wiser too
. Firstly, before I say anything more, I’d recommend you to visit my little sister’s blog where she had dedicated a post especially for me. However, let me warn you first, I was in tears from laughing too much while reading it
so be prepared.
I didn’t take any day off and I went to work as usual. Of course, I did dress up nicely today since it is indeed my special day
and why not pink?? My colleague bought me some lovely gerberas in pink too!! Don’t you think they match my outfit very much???

Top: Kmart
Skirt: Padini
Shoes: Nine West
Although we had already went out for dinner last week to celebrate my birthday, I really can’t be bother to cook today either
so decided to head to Nandos with my sister instead. Oh yes, this is the first time my sister celebrated my birthday together since 7 years ago????
So it was a big deal for her and insisted on having a little celebration at least
.

Went to Midland Gate shortly after dinner and had a quick shopping spree. Had quite a lot of fun in the fitting room as we were both laughing so hard we couldn’t even stand straight!!!

As she’s the photographer for today, I was requested to do some silly shots
. I think DH and her watch too much ANTM!!!

Lastly, both my parents and my sister continuously reminded me to get a birthday cake today no matter what. Gosh!! There’s only two of us!! Oh well, here’s the little cake. Enjoy!!

Ok, before I end, I just wanted to let my dearest little sister know that I had a great time today and although I know that I also can be a pain in the ass sometimes, it is for your own good!! Hehehe
. Love you to bits.

I’m never a big fan of gold. In fact, I’d very much prefer white gold or stirling silver for jewelery. In fact, I hardly had anything gold except for my wedding band which has both gold and white gold. Therefore, you’ll be surprise if I show you my pair of heels in gold
and of course I meant the colour gold, and not realy 24K gold
. They were my wedding shoes
.

Anyway, I’ve decided to start a new category called “LookBook”. Just thought I’d share with you on bits and pieces from my wardrobe, and what sort of combination I can come up with that I think might look trendy enough
. You see, I hardly go shopping as I’d like to be a very thrifty person as that’s one of my ways in saving money. Therefore, I’ll always have to mix and match my clothes to create new combinations or to make them look new
.

Top: Padini (from Malaysia)
Skirt: Portmans
Shoes: Vincci (from Malaysia)
Lastly, Momo and Coco has been quiet for awhile so they just wanted to drop a line and say “Hello”
.
