As I’ve said in my previous post, I joined the 100g Challenge in Ravelry and I got my parcel from my swap pal today

She’s so thoughtful to pack the parcel in pink and green tissue papers and they’re my favourite colours too. Isn’t that litte knitted swatch on toothpicks very cute????

Anyway, here are the goodies included in the package: A Headband in Alaska, a skein of Ewa’s Sockenwolle, a block of yummy Lindt chocolate, Arnott’s Hundreds & Thousands and 4 cute little stitch markers

Now here’s a pic of me wearing the headband. Perfect fit!!! But, forgive me for this unflattering pic of myself. Just got back from a super duper busy day at work

Thank you so much for this package swap!!! I like everything in it

Not long ago, Tian requested if I could knit him a pair of knee warmers. I have absolutely no idea what are knee warmers and I’ve never even heard of such a thing!! So I asked what does he want them for. Well, he said sometimes when he works during the night out in the bush, it can get very cold, especially his knees, so he’d love to have something to keep his knees warm.
As a dutiful wife, I quickly went to search for a knee warmer pattern. Found it. Print it. Bought yarns. Started knitting. Finished. And of course, I’ve to ask DH to model it for me since this is the first time he requested I knit something for him

Pattern: Phil’s knee warmer by Sarah Peasley
Yarn: 2.2 skeins of Cleckheaton Country 8 Ply
Needles: 3.5 mm
Lastly, since I waited for such a long time on my previous swap package to arrive, my wonderful swap partner decided to knit another present as a gift!! Isn’t she an angel!! Now I finally got a pair of Fetching mittens!! They are gorgeous and they’re pink too!!!

So aren’t I a happy knitter??
Anyway, what should I knit next????????

I’m going to keep this really short and simple. DH is back and the two packages are finally here
