At the moment, there are two things that made me really happy
Firstly, it’s my new pair of ankle boots from Nine West!! I bought them a few weeks ago when they’re on sale. I love boots a lot and I wish I could get a nice pair of knee high boots that will fit me perfectly. But alas, I’ve given up hope on knee high boots. Since my feet are like chicken feet (really skinny in the calves), most boots in stores often look like gumboots on me
. Therefore, I think I shall just stick to ankle boots for now.

Secondly, I’ve been thinking about this dish since afternoon. Of course, when I got home, I had no other option but to cook this dish to satisfy my craving. And no, I’m not pregnant
(every time I mentioned that I’ve craving for a particular dish, a friend of mine would often asked, “Are you pregnant?”). I just love food, a lot!!

Yeap. It’s been a hot hot week. It’s 4.30 pm right now and it’s still about 30 degrees Celcius. Think everyone’s melting at the moment. I know I am. It has been quite a fun week. We had our office Kris Kringle last Thursday and I guess who I had to buy for?? My boss!!! Of all people, I had to pick my director. Hmm. Thank God it wasn’t that hard to get a gift for him. Since he’s really into golf, I thought I’d get him something that is golf related. Well, isn’t it much better if I knitted him something that is golf related?

Now, since the weather has been so utterly hot, it’s really very hard to cook meals in front of a hot stove. So I decided on a quick and simple meals that doesn’t involve much cooking at all.

It was a really hot hot day for Perth today!! We had a max of 38 degrees Celcius and I’m almost melting at home. You must think I’m crazy to even attempt baking during the afternnoon!!! Maybe I am indeed crazy
.

I’ve always loved a good banana cake or muffin. Since I had two ripe bananas and some chocolate chip, I decided to make my favourite muffin recipe from www.taste.com.au. They’re really easy to make and yummy too
Alritey, I’m going to enjoy my muffin and a can of solo for tea now
